Creature from the ebay parts bin

This is my super sabre just finished this morning with the driver. Always quite liked the shape of these cars, and i love the chassis so must have one. This one was a second chance offer from evil bay picked up quite cheaply (i wish i had a before photos to show you why!). It seemed tidy but once i began pulling it to bits it had been built poorly and its original builder had suffered from some serious over tightening syndrome. Lots of otherwise fine parts had screw hole cracks. So what could be salvaged was (mainly the red bits) and a donor boomerang left over from other builds filled in the blanks. The decal job on these is among the tougher layouts (at least for me) and was a right pain. Hope you like it as much as i now do.
