You've seen both the components of this car before; both the King Blackfoot shell from my 'Thunderfoot' resto, and the one-of-a-kind ModClod chassis that I bought from MadInventor (Martin), however in it's original incarnation, I really wasn't too pleased with the El Camino shell I'd put on the Clod, and I still hadn't gotten around to putting a motor and radio gear in the Thunderfoot.

Then the inspiration hit me this morning to combine the two. Lining up the shell in a mock up I knew this was going to look good. Lights came off my Hilux scaler (after too many roll overs lol), I've retained the twin LiPo and twin 13.5t EZRun brushless of the original car, and converted this one to 2WS from 4WS. The body is attached by 3 velcro mounts, which believe it or not are surprisingly secure!

Absolutely delighted with the results, and tweaking the setup of the ESCs makes this beasty run a hell of a lot better than it did too. Hope you like it!

Another great set-up from SteelRat! Mind you I wouldn't let my 4 year old stand in the way of that monster

Valentino Rossi Fan? Nicely done!

Heh this particular '46' has nothing to do with Rossi. It's a paint job inspired by the film 'Days of Thunder'. I'm not a particular fan of the film (I've never even seen it!), but remembering seeing the decals, buying them on impulse and then looking up the car that featured in the film and trying to copy it.

I posted this truck on another site and was asked the question 'Why have you put Chevy sponsor decals on a Ford?'. Dammit
