Kyosho Turbo Burns ATV conversion

Hi there.

Three years and a half ago, a friend found this Kyosho Turbo Burns in his garage and gave it to me because I told him I was pretty bored without any special proyects then.

Some wrenching after, I finished this 4wd nitro powered chassis with really big monster tyres, .12 Sirio engine with recoil starter and custom made Yamaha Banshee bodyshell and rider.

I create both the bodyshell and rider just the same way we all did with paper constructions when we were kids, cutting and folding from a 0.7mm thick sheet of Lexan. Body mounts came from Kyosho Mad Force.

Rider´s helmet is a white styrofoam ball covered with fibreglass, then sanded to shape and painted. Rider´s glasses are Lexan too.

Dual exhaust system was functional for a while, but I switched to an standard tuned pipe after very few tests...
