Getting closer
I got the body stripped of the old paint, and resprayed with Tamiya purple. I painted the wheels black saw it done on SHY69 super champ and really liked it. Still need to add stickers, not sure what direction I'm going to go in. Do I do box art stickers or something else. Time well tell. Still need to add a motor, bearings, driver, and the lights.

A set of easily attainable rere Hornet Decals would be set nicely against the purple. The orange and yellow should contrast beautifully
I did a Super Hornet this color years ago and that looked cool with it's decals too

I like it! the colour goes well with the black wheels and not sure about the stickers But maybe if you can get hold of some champ stickers the box art is the way to go those colours will look good together? nice motor!!

Looking good so far. Some yellow stripes would look good, or maybe some black ones to match the wheels?? Green would go with purple as well.

The purple and black works well, and orange/yellow box art decals will really top it off. Perhaps a liitle too 'pretty' for a baja racer but i really like it
