Finally got around finishing my 2011 Avante. These were the things I changed: Titanium screws, titanium turnbuckles, alu 3mm nuts blue on the left and red on the right. Lots of screws and E-clips covered in plastic-dip for rustproof, Bonus wheels with black decal to imitate the original (see with blue shell) a 80's green fluo antenna, a rubber band to secure the bodyclips, rubber mofs on the dogbones for dirt-proof and of course a green metallic bodyshell to go with the Castle brushless. I really like the metalic green, vintage and something different on the Avante. Hope you like it!

1 with the bonus wheels the powerplant rubber band rubber on the drivetrain titanium and ano alu

Very sharp looking Avante there. Nice attention to detail. Must fly with a Castle in the back! Was bashing along side an Avante at the weekend, it left everything I had in the dust!

That is very cool. The green is quite interesting on it. I would like to hear more about where you got those rubber CV covers from and I like the nostalgic rubber leashed body pins too. Great little touches and the decal on the extra wheels is quite a cool imitation.

Looks great! Love the green!! I'm also a Castle fan, and really think you did a great job of installing that motor/ESC so it looks like a real powerplant in the back! SWEET!
