I've put this JRX2 down as a project but to be truthful it's in stunning condition and only needs a wing wire and buttons to attach one of the V wings I have in my parts bin and it's done.

Used to race one of these, I remember Losi releasing a 'normal' a-arm rear suspension kit for it because the rear trailing was working so good that it made the car push into the turns by having too much rear traction, but this was truly the first real challenger to the Gold RC10s, man, I still have wheels, and shocks for this car.... Fantastic example you have there!

Thanks to all for your kind comments

@howitzer71, the only connection that I know of with Associated was that of competition, Losi were the first company to release a real alternative to the all conquering RC10.

@turbosmut , keep an eye out for my next show room entry, a very nice RPM H arm JRX2

Lovely example of one of my favourite classic 2wd buggies! BTW, Gil Losi Jr raced for Associated in the early RC10 days before the JRX2. I understand Gil Losi Senior ran the Ranch Pit Stop who also made upgrades for the RC10 & Yokomo cars, before becoming 'Losi' & releasing their own car... the JRX2.
