thanks guys, I sure miss ol queso.@madbee-yes, eventually but blew out front diff
@scorcher77 there are more shots of queso in my showroom, unfortunately I no longer have it so if you would like to see updated pics of it you will have to google 'jerk on ebay who bought yellow jeep and left bad feedback because he payed with e-check and couldn't understand why it took so long for it to get shipped'.
CASE1

Seeing this car takes me right down memory lane. A stunning looking Wrangler with lots of details and a perfect paint job. This was before the re-re and the Wrangler was hard to find and costed a fortune. The RC4WD crazy crawler tires were so exotic and of corse the roof rack was homemade of brass. I looked at this car over and over again, knowing it was impossible for me getting one. Then the re-re came out and new Wranglers popped out on TC every day. Bolt on scale accessories could be bought cheap on ebay making almost all scale builds identical. Scale building lost much of its charm in my book back then. I hope you kept the pics and the memories of this car Christian, it was a milestone here on TC.

thanks Morten, very nice words. Queso II is in the works, I have the body work done and just have to get the chassis sorted out since it will be live axle and leaf sprung. It will be everything QI was not and more. And I still prefer to hand make as much as I can, even though sometimes its nice to knock out a quick project with some pre-fab stuff(working on one of those projects now and will post in a few days).
RACECRAFTERS

Christian, I googled 'the jerk', I didn't find anything, probably best. Ebay can be such a pain in the arse with people's opinions on everything. Of course we all know opinions are like arseholes, everyone has one.
7.2inchdriver
ha ha, like anything ebay is more good than bad and I try not to let those few bad ones ruin it for me. I feel stupid because I regret not selling it to the friends that really wanted it, dumb move on my part.

I really miss Queso too, it was one of the most detailed jeeps i saw. Now i have my own Queso but will put them on another chassis, not sure with one the toxic or the trail finder chassis! Love your picture C, i`m working on my rubber burning entry, hope my idea will works!!
skywhelp
This is one of the jeeps that used to make me spend hours looking in vain on the bay for one, time sure flies, great work as always. Good luck

Thanks Alf, been waiting for you to finish your toxic jeep. @skywhelp, thanks and I know the feeling.
