Well after about 16 years my Willy is up and running again - despite how odd that sounds ;) Thanks to the usual suspects (Don aka: Bluefoot & John aka: Type49rs) I was able to find some body parts, near new rear body mounts and the lid that covers the chassis - much thanks to you guys! Back in the early 90's I was also lucky to replace the entire front end of the chassis (except the bumper) and get some new tires for the rear which are now quite worn. I also managed to get a new body back then too from the now long gone Bill Leckie R/C shop back in 1991 - I have fond memories of that place :)

Lately I've put a bit of time into my Willy (ha haha...) & repainted him, added slightly used but better tires and got around to taking some decent photos. I love this little silly car, and it still brings out a stupid grin on my face when I do get around to running it :)

Now, as of 2011 I've had this 21 years. Time flies!

Crazy lookin.' The mount for the wheelie bars is home made. Assorted branded R/C gear & a homemade bracket. Just a classic :)
