Hi,
finally i’m able to post in my restored TR-15T GP Stadium Truck (#44001), something you don’t see everyday. 8D

You can see how it was and all the resto following the link at the end of this short description.
The TR-15T was the firts nitro car made by Tamiya (44001) and it share some parts with the more famous Dyna Storm (transmission, C hubs, and some front end parts). The motor is an FS.15 (2,5 cc) nitro engine with side exaust, rotary carb and pull start.

The car is a runner this is why I decided to restore it at his best without changing parts with new ones (if not necessary because broken), but just cleaning and polishing it’s own ones. I was lucky because the car arrived nearly complete even if very dirty and oxidized, I just had to use elbow grease and some easy tricks to have it back in good “shape”.
Follow the link below to see how it perform.

what an introduction to nitro from Tamiya! I remember wishing I could afford one of these back in my early teens, and studying the Tamiya RC catalogue for hours! great work buddy!

You've made that look amazing! What a fantastic example! The only gripe I have about these trucks is the wheelbase being out of sync. But that's a moot point, Well Done!
