I always wanted a hot shot as a kid, but could never afford one. I won this one on ebay (it also come with a Nichimo Luminous!) know that it would need some TLC. Its running now, but still needs a paint job and probably new rear suspension arms if the cracks I found are anything to go by.

Once it is cleaned up this would look great going around the track at one of the Boondall Entertainment Centre vintage meets.

are there many rc clubs in Brisbane?

There are a few clubs, both on and off road. The BEC has a track that is left form the 80's that has become the home of vintage RC social meets.

I ran it for the first time just after christmas, it was a hoot!. Its still not completely finished as the paint job is the same, but it has new swing arms (two cracked on my first drive), new bumper bar and a new lower half of the chassis. Speed is slow, so have to look at that at some stage too.
