I finally finished my restoration of the Tyrrell Six Wheeler...you can take a look back at the process in my other showrooms. Came out great. Lots of work and patience but what a great looking vintage RC. I had one mess up on it that cost me - the decal in front of the cockpit..the First National is a repro..the original laid down crooked and I had a horrible time moving it to the point where it looked messy and not good. So frustrating when you are trying to be perfect. I will remove the repro when I eventually find another original..other than that this thing is 100% original (they are new tires and red lugs). The rear is painted but does not come through as nice in the photos as it looks in person..I dry brushed a dirty sort of look for it. One of my favorites...proud to own it.
