Here are some pictures from my Grasshopper's first run on the beach. There is also a short video in my movies. Thanks to everyone who helped my choose this model as a beach specific buggy. You were right - it is a blast (even with the standard 380)!

Snap mate!!! FUN!FUN!FUN nice hopper and cool shots buddy! We are both lucky to have the beach to use these great buggy's on! The 380 works well on this surface as i found out with my Holiday Buggy when i first ran it on sand! but the HB is back on the shelf now to admire! leave the running for the cars that the spares will not break the bank! cheers MAD-BEE.

I can't believe I live in a seaside town and haven't run a buggy on the beach before. I will be doing it regularly now!

Its the best place to run em thats for sure!! but it does mean a big clean up after!

good to see the old girl in the sand the decals work really well out there. Nice one I know what you mean, beaches are just that when it comes to clean up but worth it every time.

Thanks - the clean up wasn't too bad. A brush and a blast with compressed air got most of it off...

Yeah the hopper is a good buggy for the beach with its simple chassis and gearbox design! one of the better one's for cleaning, I am getting my Hornet ready for full on beach fun for this reason. plus just like the hopper its great fun to drive! cheers again buddy.
