Here is my Mugen Bulldog 2. It is for the shelf as I have installed my vintage Sanwa esc and the paint job took me hours. lol :)
I could not source and Bulldog 2 bumpers so I substituted a Kyosho Icarus front bumper which looks pretty good imho.
The rear bumper is the standard Mugen Bulldog bumper and both of these will remain until I find original replacements some day in the distant future (or maybe never)
The body posts are installed without modification to the existing chassis and are from spares I had lying around.
Stay tuned for my Bulldog runner and Bulldog shelfer.

Nov 2012 , quick update, I found the front and rear original bumpers so now it's 100% Mugen ;)

Absolutely stunning work!!!! Seriously a work of art mate, your renovating skills really are top notch and this car displays that loudly.
This car really takes me back to the 80's race scene. Very very kool!!!!!

Thanks mate. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I test drove it on carpet last night and the 4WS works great. lol

Awesome. Big bad bruising machine! Would love to know how these run.

Actually they run terribly out of the box. Most people locked out the rear steer immediatley and the diffs are terrible with practically no adjustment. The standard steering was sloppy too so that was usually modded also. I still love the dogs though as that was what my first real RC car was, there's something cool about them thats for sure.
Modded Bulldog coming soon.
