10th Anniversary Masterpiece?
Tamiya Bigwig, ok, so its not a fantastic runner, but kind of important due to the fact it's the 10th Anniversary car and it included the Technigold motor for the first time. Not to mention that it was quite expensive in it's day, looks stunning, and still quite rare to find in nice condition today.

This buggy's handling was a bit sluggish and its suspension a bit stiff and did not have the sharpest steering and the buggy was to heavy....... BUT WHO THE HELL CARES!!!! It is a class act!! A Tamiya classic!! and looks Gorgeous and is a bit special!!! This one of yours looks very smart mate!
Very nice buddy!

LOOKS TERRIFIC! I do believe there is a lot of myth around the Big Wig not being as good as the other 4wd Tamiya buggies of that era. Fact is the Big Wig is about 150 grams heavier than the others and what does that really mean on the track? I have seen the Hot Shot and Boomerang running with Dyna tech motors, and still have not seen any solid differences. Anyway, your Big Wig looks great. And consider yourself invited to join the BIG WIG Owners & enthusiasts Special Interest group!
