2 Hornets and a Mad Bull at the beach
A sunday family picnic also meant time to run a few cars on the beach, something I've been meaning to do for awhile now. I took two hornets and a mad bull ( with a dodgy Nikko body mounted to it, but at least it didn't come off). The mad bull was great, my son wasn't able to destroy it at all! Its only issue was a dodgy battery holder. The hornet with the sand scorcher body had a few issues with the rear axle falling off, but it was still good fun. I think next time I'll take my hotshot and fox.
gotta love a hornet
the hornet is old and the parts loose

Looks like fun - especially the rear-steer bug in pic 5! Picture 7 is great - I guess it has just been slammed into reverse (?)

thanks orange sport, the ground was pretty rough so in pic 5 the rear end completely disconnected after a jump and in pic 7 it had landed that way after hitting another bump

Looks like you all had a fun day out!! Your Lad will have a hard job to break the Mad Bull!
A great Buggy!
The Mad Bull is no racing buggy but its the top dog or Bull!! when it comes to fun hard driving or as they say a top basher!!and with a fast motor nuts to drive and its as hard as nails!!
But yes the sand gets in the clip and it can be a job to change the battery but a stiff brush will help get the sand off it!Good to see the Hornet too and i am a big fan of this buggy too its a Classic!
Great to see your pics.
Cheers Mad-Bee.
