I love this machine. It looks awesome. I too have an NIB set of these vintage white tires. But I noticed that mine have blue spots showing through the white. And there still in the package. have you had any problems with this? Will it wash off? Or am I stuck with them like that?
But I still love your avante!

@slimmy: do not worry with the blue spot, i had the same problem with mines, I removed the blue traces with a product for electronics circuits made by KF a cleaning solder flux ! this product remove all the blue without damaging the material of the tire.Tips: i used this product too for degreasing my lexan bodies before painting with a lint-free cloth, like for glasses. this product is perfect for that : antistatic, top degreasing, very volatile & no trace. Here is a pic about it

i've been looking at this one a while now, at first i was like cool colours but it's an avante. but the more i looked at it the more i thought this avante looks good. you have change my opinion of a buggy i have disliked the look of for over twenty years! with this build you have weaved a spell and worked magic

I was gonna put my whities on a set of polished alloys with black cap-locks. Just a little something different to change things up. I'm a big wheel and tire guy. Just love rare alloys/tires sets!

I am not a huge purple fan, that said, nice job on the stickers and an interesting contrast to the white. The build is excellent, nice change up!
