just a quick how to the pin on my sons wild willy that hold the front hub togeather came loose and would not srew in anymore due to the thread on the hub been worn out so rather than spend 12 pound on one new spur tree and only needing one part of it i done the quick fix

-screw loose -replacement parts on the left -brass tube needs to be cut down as its to long -use screw and nut so you can hack saw it easy -place back togeather -tools used -job done

I got a couple screws loose, but I don't think this will fix them. Nice repair to a problem that occurs a few more times than we like.

Nice solution, but couldn't you have just put the screw pin from the bottom instead?

yea you can but the hole at the top would be far to big for the pin and would move around far to much
