1/3rd scale nitro Zipper Kart - very COOL
Hi all . I picked up trhis awesome project , it's a 1/3rd scale Lil' Zipper Go Kart with 21 Force engine . It was made by a company called Go'n' Play in Canada , but are now obsolete . I have been searching for spares for it and found them on the bay so they will be along shortly , but if anybody has any used or new parts for this Kart please drop me a line . I've faricated many parts for it already (pedals, brake / throttle parts , rear servo / seat mount plate, front nose and brackets) .I have run this in its temporary state with a HPI fuel tank with fabbed up mounts and it is F.U.N !! .I hope you like it too

That's a fantastic project Kev Good luck with the parts Presumably based on the scale a 2 stroke petrol conversion would be easy and cleaner

Thanks guys @Modified Man - yes ,I can't wait to get the rest of the parts @BeetleOne - Yes I love the look of it - I had 100cc Racing Karts ( Barlotti / Birel /Deavinsons Sprint ) back in the '70's -and it is so realistic

Never seen of these before. Looks awesome. I do remember when Kyosho came up with go-karts. I saw them in our LHS back in the early 90's, they were cool with a driver and all, but this is something different. Again, looks awesome. Must be a blast to drive!

That's a fantastic project! I'm not into nitrofuel, but have been drooling over a Kyosho kart for some time now. This looks even better, did it came with a driver figure too when it was new?

You're making a grand job of this one Kev (nice fabrication work)! It's been a while since I checked out your showroom - this kart makes me wish I'd looked at it earlier
