well the large front bumper has now gone! replaced with some spottys! more weathering done roll bar added. the steel wheels will rust on there own :) still loads to do, few things to fix (fender flares needs gluing properly as they keep coming off) spotlights on rollbar need wiring up etc etc, its one of those models you can just keep adding to and never get bored :) currently on the lookout for a better window glass, the kamtec version dosent fit very well and obscures the driver :(

weathering down with rust coloured humbrol paint need to sand that thumb print out! oops this looks like it might be out of date! another rubdown with charcol will be done soon bumper indicator falling out! will replace these lens covers with lenses soon have now lowered it a touch too!

That's a really good looking Hilux. Just beaten up enough, not over the top. Might benefit from some paint inside the wheel arches... just a thought!! Good work, looks like it's 30 years old.

Very nice detailing. Is that Tamiya's brown rust powder on mud pen ?
For the windshield, I recommend the bruiserbuilder one.
