Remaking my Monster Beetle/Blackfoot from years gone by.

Found a good deal a few years ago on a local trade site. It came with a really good shell, aluminum wheels lots of spare parts and a complete Thorp gears, diff, dogbones and axles. I decided to remake the vehicle I had the most fun with as a kid and its also the RC that started me in RC racing. This will be exactly the same as the oldie I had except for the Alloy wheels. It started as a Monster Beetle but I always liked the Blackfoot better. I had bought the complete Thorp drivetrain, ball bearings, rear shock mounts, and Magnum 727 motor. Unfortunately I haven't been about to find the motor so I think I'll use a Tamiya Technigold I have. I had to buy a new chassis for a re/re Brat but I decided to paint it semi-gloss black other than that everything is original. Just waiting for the new rubber to arrive then I'm on to the body. Going to paint it in a yellow and blue paint scheme.
