Kyosho Lazer ZX-5 FS2
I got this Lazer cheap from a local hobby shop. Don´t get me wrong, i love Tamiya TRF buggies but you have got to love Kyosho for their precision in making moulded plastic, this is at least a step neater in precision than Tamiya can do it. Nice that the newwer TRF buggies don´t use that much plastic.
Well i was curious to see how it performs and at that price i couldn´t say no to it.
Infact i was so impressed about the building quality of Kyosho that i bought the latest Lazer too, the ZX-5 FS2 SP that Jared Tebo (USA) drove at the last years Worlds in Vaasa, Finland and he made 3rd place which is pretty impressive.

Very nice but strange to see the lazer has a shaft drivenline.
It looks pretty sleek and agile, very nice
I always bought kyosho for the perfect fit and streangt of the reinforced plastic parts.

Hey Alex, yes i know the vintage Lazers were all belt driven, but all new ones, meaning ZX-5 ZX-5 SP, ZX-5 FS, ZX-5 FS2 and ZX-5 FS2 SP are all shaft driven.
