Holden Efijy (by G.V.)
Another new release from Model Engines and G.V. of an Australian specific model. This one is of the 2005 Holden Efijy showcar that did the show circuit in 2006 and 7 and took home top honours in the US in 07. The original is based on a Corvette floorpan with a blown LS2 big block, and the bodywork was hand formed in the style of, and in homage to the Holden FJ of 1953. The 1/10 rc model has a typical shaft driven AWD chassis with bearing, ball diffs and turnbuckles on everything.
1 The real thing.... ... and the original Holden FJ 225

Never thought I'd see an Efijy r/c car! Really cool! Really good job of capturing the detail of the 1:1 car.

This looks amazing, but would need to find a + offset for the wheels.. esp the rear!

Flat Out: Nor did I, but when I heard they were coming, I told the boss DO WANT!!1
Pininy, yeah, they actually have put more bulge in the guards than the real one, that leaves about a 6mm gap between the rim and the lip. But I think they were concerned about tyre rub at full travel. I do have some +5 axles for this particular chassis, I might have a play.
