Got it done!!! :D
If you look in my showroom you'll see how this was before I restored it. The body was good didn't have to do anything there but the suspension was in a right mess. All the pins in the front were bent and the rear shock was full of horrible black oil. It had all the original MSC on it which as soon as I connected a battery upto it it short circuited. Then I sorted that and it was making poor contact so I decided to fit a cheap ESC and newer radio gear which works perfectly. It has a new repro rear bumper, front daylighters from a RERE buggy champ body, oh and I painted the tyres. I really love the way these things look. I took it out for it's first run in the garden and it looks fantastic and I'm suprised how differently it handles to my other SRBs. Also in the photos is my newly restored Rough Rider. Thanks for looking, comments welcome!!!. Marcus

Two beautiful and classic SRBs!

Love these! Scalelooks and challenging to drive, and that rear suspension is a really interesting piece of work.

Thanks for all the comments! I'm kinda scared to get it sandy now, I didn't think it would look this nice.

Ah, that's the problem when you restore cars. They were great runners, and after the restoration job, you don't want to run them anymore
