Dearly Departed #1
Now this is something I have NEVER done before, SELL some of my cars, well I've been threatening it for quite a while now, and the main reason behind this decision is that my collection has grown so much that I'm running out of room to store all the cars that I have, so Sacrifices must be made in order for the veriaty of Vehicals I collect to expand.
I have a number of duplicated cars or cars I have more than one of, these are the first targets for eradication :S so far I have sold 3 and have a another one waiting to be dispatched just as soon as the payment arrives, as I'm a born Hoarder I hate to part with things, but its for the good of the collection, and I know they are going to a good home.

So my Dearly Departed cars are as followes...

To Felix Bradshaw: Kyosho Turbo Optima? rolling chassis + spares.

I should also mention a previous sale to my Cousin (TRABBI DAZ) Darren Lovell a few months ago of my Tamiya Hornet/Parma Stinger conversion which was made from spares.

Wednesday 15th October 2003: Scorcher #2 (EX-SSS) I've decided to trade it with Professor Slot for a Super Baja, some spares and a bit of money, the chassis is still in a state from getting wrecked at snetterton, but he does get my good spare (nearly complete) body set top go with it.

Monday 20/10/03 MUDBLASTER: To be honest I never really wanted one of these from the start but just so happened to aquire one, it was a bit of a mess initially but I did make some progress on it more recently and I have only just painted and Decaled the Parma Repro Lexan Body I got for it just so I could sell it for £80 to a guy called Dean in Coventry who's just getting back into the Spirit of Owning Tamiyas.

Friday 20/2/04 AYK Radiant #2: As my collection has grown over the last coupld of months I'm fast running out of places to put things so in order to make room for new addtions I need to thin down my stock some what, that means selling off my duplicate or extra cars? this Radiant was the left overs from a rebuild using parts form two cars, supplied with it are a copied manual, a spare Radiant body and my spare Hirobo Alien body, this stuff was posted to Franz Knauseder (PROFESSORSLOT) in Austria after a long saga of waiting for other stuff to send along with it, I can't recall how much I charged him for this stuff as it was all done with a deal for a deal for a deal kind way? you know how it goes

Saturday 21/2/04 Tamiya Thundershot: Another victim of excess, as part of my thinning out program this car had to go, I got it along with my Blackfoot at a local Car Boot Sale for £65 the pair, I never really wanted one of these but at that price I was fool not to, I did a parcial rebuild and tidy up on it, but it's never run whilst in my possesion and was an obvious choise for eviction, to it's credit it is complete if a bit tatty but went with the original box, manual and a few select spares, My asking price was £50, I had it in the trade room , but only got two offers, and one of them was for £30 the cheeky bugger :S anyway a friend of a friend expressed an interest in it and has now coughed up the cash and bought it at my asking price, so I'm pretty happy with that the guy isn't a TC member but he has come to Clumber park before and might bring my old TS to the next Snetterton event as a runner.

Saturday 6/3/04 Marui Hunter #2 after the more recent addtion of a number of parts required to complete this car, I decided it was good enough to sell, I took it to Snetterton, but instead of selling it I managed to do a straight swap with Dazmeister for a complete Schumacher Couger 2000 rolling chassis, which I thought was a very fair arrangement.
