FIBERGLASS SUPER CHAMP Beach Run
This is my custom made fiberglass body SC. It`s using a Tamiya esc and fan cooled 540. In the background you will notice my re-restored SC and updated BC which I will post up pics of soon. I might update this SC with alloy bumper and improved stickers at some stage. For now, not much sun, but that didn`t stop the fun. Hope you enjoy the pics. All comments welcome.

Thanks guys, pleasures all mine. I`m expecting another SC soon to join the family.

Another one?? Why doncha try a Blazing Blazer to run over that sandy beach?
mr.retreader
Hmmm, i`ve always been more of a buggy than a truck guy, but i`m sure a BB blasting on the sand would look great too
matman
Fantastic pic's , How did the body hold up ,
Did it crack ? .
mr.retreader
@ matman, the body did great. No cracks or damage although not forgetting sand is very forgiving. The body is much thicker and rigid than the original. I guess time will tell.

Nice contrast to the original boxart! She looks smart! Look at those three on the beach... sweet trio!

Now that looks like a fun day.... Champ looks great on the sand... Nice pics..
Where is the fan set on the SRB gearbox.. any pics.

That first shot is class pal!! Just perfect!!
How well does the champ deal with the sand compaired to the Scorcher??
mr.retreader
Thanks again to all for the great comments. @ SRB Bloke, the motor it`s self has an internal fan on the armature. There`s a few on the market also with different turns. @ MAD-BEE, cleaning is much easier on the Super Champ as the top mechanism tray can be removed very easily. With that said I wouldn`t run the SC through shallow water without water proofing like I did the Buggy Champ.

Great comments guys, glad you all like it. White is very uncommon with SC`s so I thought i`d give it a go with a twist.
