have wanted a very durable basher buggy and heard the mad bull fits the ticket. plus i'm a sucker for big wheels on a buggy and the grasshopper 2 body.

i have to say that most of the components of this chassis are a very flexible rubbery plastic. i'd never seen so much of it used before. maybe it's more common on the new tamiya lines (?)...but it looks like this chassis can take a beating without breaking bits every few runs. that's what i was looking for.

wen't 100% box art with few exceptions, all ball bearings and sport tuned motor. we'll see how bouncy it is on the stock 'dampers'.

new mad bull built last night barfin' barry looks scared - he should be blurry shot, that's how i roll, apparently

I´m quite curious about this little bugger too. I remember mounting Marui´s Big Bear´s wheels on my Mugen Bulldog. Looked awsome but the transmission couldn´t handle it, the transmission screamed in agony but it didn´t move one inch! Pretty sure this would, thought. Ahh, Those were the days..

Love it, didn't ever notice 'Barf'n Barry' before. I love the tool box in the first shot, next to your dad's photo. Looks like a great runner and if it gets too bouncy, just get some oil filled shocks and have more fun.

Nice work. Oil dampers will improve the handling but you somewhat lose the charm of the bouncy tyres and friction dampers in the process. The plastics are a bit rubbery but this helps absorb some of the inevitable impacts from hard running Go Enjoy Parts are cheap so why not

These things are great bashers. many years ago I ran one with a 13 or 14 double motor on a 9.6V battery and could get over 50mph out of it. Was a pig to get moving till I locked the diff though, as I was still using the 3 step MSC ata the time . Oil shocks are a must if you want to go fast.

Nice choice I had one and I was happy with it. Simple and eas. Ball bearings and oil shocks are a must in my opinion. The steering is almost unpredictable but nice and robust buggy
