Just had an 'a-ha' moment!!
I just finished polishing up a pair of old Frog shocks and installed them. I was about to start working on figuring out how to start fitting the Fire Dragon body when I started having second thoughts...after all, the FD body is questionable on its own chassis! ;-) Looking into my storage area, I came across a TBG body for my Panda Cyclone restoration that has stalled. Talk about perfect! I think it fits the Frog chassis to a 'T'! Now I am having thoughts of changing the red chassis to the dark grey chassis of a King Blackfoot. What do you guys think? I must say, building a model from 'scratch' is a blast!!
If you liked those pictures, you should see these...
How will this end up??

Keep the chassis red, I like the mixed colors and the body can be an extension of that scheme too. Looking great so far.

... and I think that's gonna be a great car. I like the red chassis. There are a lot of choices for the color of the body too.

Wow, what a great body for this chassis! I think a white base colour, with thin balck and thicker red stripes in 'oldskool-design' would suit it perfectly!
Also, Optima Mk1 bodies seem to fit a Frog-chassis well.
Cheers.

Very dynamic stance, I'd agree with the comments, keep the red chassis.

I'm sure I have a cyclone bodyshell kicking around in my parts bin too, never thought of fitting it to a frog chassis, was always gonna fit it to my grasshopper . I agree with below comments, keep the red chassis and maybe go for a white and blue body colour scheme?!?!
This is panning out to be a great car build fella
Cheers

Think I'll stick with the red chassis. Just need to figure out a paint scheme!

Definitely you're going to the right direction, buddy! The Panda/Grasshopper(ish) body is perfect for the job. Red, red please! and white bodyshell (awesome, in my opinion..) now, surprise us!! )

good looking project

This is interesting in the fact that we dont really know what its going to look like until its finished, so far though it looks great. I'm with everyone else on keeping the red chassis. A black, red and white colour scheme would look pretty good I reckon, its something that is tempting me as I'm getting an old TA01 chassis up and running by just using what I got lying around or any cheap bits I see on TC or the bay. Nice to see something fresh, keep it rolling!

yep keep the chassis red going to look something special when done

That looks really nice. I've always wanted to make a frog body that hugged the chassis better to try and make the car appear not as tall.

Thanks guys! I need to get back into this project and actually finish it!
