Kit impression:
Several stripped screw heads in included hardware
Chassis rails had 3 holes that were not threaded for the screws properly
Pinion gear was a super tight fit to the shaft
Gears in transmission sound like there is a cat caught in the fan belt
Aside from the above issues, a wonderful step up for RC4WD over previous kits and I plan on purchasing another to run

Wow man! You're really cranking out the kits! You got this one done pretty quickly. Did you do a build thread anywhere? It looks really great in the understated colors. I'd love to hear your impression of the quality of the kit. Great work as always, and the extra bed cab looks sweet!

Thanks! Looking at the photos more, I'm liking the extra details... like the painted tire lettering, the rear toyota decal, and winch. This is cool, I need to make one, but I hear you on the quality. At least this sounds to be better off than the Gelande chassis I built up last year. Still you should be quite pleased with it! Now I want one!

Sharp looking Yota, sounds pretty typical of the RC4wd kits I've had but then again they are just blank canvas for builders and not much else comes close for out of the box scale looks
