oh what to do with this ???
Just a quick one this guys , i recently won this on the bay from a guy who unknown to me at the time is a tc member (wooky) . I really only bought it for the box but it did have a un-used roll cage, bumper , servo parts and screw bag c as well as an e-tree which alas has wild one front arms but no problem as i will be selling them on. The real bonus is the complete blister which has all the parts still sealed including the black endbell 540 and the MSC which im sure would sell well on their own!!! now here's my predicament... do i cobble together another fav from the parts and some i have here already including a vintage chassis (almost mint just painted) and some buggy champ wheels and tyres ? or do i try to collect the other parts and assemble a NIB ? Help on making my mind up most appreciated lol.

Wow, that is a predicament, don't ask me things like that as I almost always seem to take the hard road.

if you didn't have 500 built FAV's already i'd say build it! but you do, so complete the NIB. it's more collectable than a built one. people always think that their customized hopped up kits are more desirable than stock...but that's not the case. and NIB is even more desirable than built at all. but you already know all this stuff...so, NIB is the way to go with that peach of a blister.

thanks guys , yes crash it is one headache deciding what to do but leaning towards beermuffin's suggestion - the blister was the thing i really didn't wan't to open so this may stay a NIB

BEERMUFFIN, hmm, I am now thinking of changing my name, or perhaps add another TC account in that name. Just poking fun, but I am sure Ben doesn't mind.

I am all for the Build!! The F.A.V is one of the very best Tamiya's! Nice find Justin! Start a build mate! but then again...that blister pack!
Sorry buddy, no real help!
Cheers.

What a cool set. I know I'd love to have it myself. Anyway, I'm with beefmuffin on this one.

Make it work! -The box you can frame and stick it on the wall.....
You will not regret it, it's there to be built... There are too many NiBs collecting dust

thanks for the comments on this guys and @ bdamit i totally agree with you but i already have one perfect new built shelfer (un-painted) and one painted plus a runner so a NIB is the one i don't have lol
