I built this car up using a chassis that I picked up from Ebay.

The chassis was completely stripped and restored using new parts where necessary, metal and rubber parts being replaced. The wheels and tyres are brand new items that were picked up from Ebay and Tamiyaclub.

The bodyshell was picked up from the recent Tamiyaclub meet in Nottingham and has been expertly painted by Monty. I'm just not good enough at painting to do the body justice and it was too expensive to ruin!

All in all a lovely kit that stems from the best years of Tamiya and one I wanted in my collection. Now to finish the Quattro.

Really great example of this kit! I remember these as a kid, but never had one. I always loved the tires, and these being brand new really set this off! Awesome!
