BNIB QD Manta Ray (TRADED)
Whenever I see a NIB QD vintage gem, if possible, I snatch it up and try to get it into the hands of someone who can really appreciate it. I love the little QD's, but a NIB is wasted on me since I only recently discovered them. For those who had these in the late 80's/early 90's a NIB QD can really strum a chord. I'm going to list this one, like the BNIB QD Super Sabre, in the trades and will entertain any trade/swap offers. I'm not interested in selling it for cash, only traded for another Tamiya model. NIB re-re kits are welcome, built vintage or even new built re-re also welcome. Or any projects that may be interesting... please email and I'll be happy to chat about it. The guy who got the Super Sabre was in the UK and didn't have any trades so he picked up a deal off ebay and we traded for that. This is brand new in box, still sealed, contents never disturbed, RTR and it even comes with a full rechargeable battery set. Thanks for looking!

thanks my deranged apian friend! if it wasn't so nicely sealed up i'd have loved to sneak a peek inside. but i'll leave that to someone who can relive the memory. =) i love the word 'devilsome' they used on the manta ray. what a funny adjective.

zvts[. Now you are talking my interest. I have wanted to track one of these down, but all the prices have been way off the charts for my liking. I guess we will have a chat about it and see what happens. Have you taken it to be XRayed to see if it is all there and to see if the batteries have corroded all up???

xrayed?! uh, no! i have no idea people did that. i don't even know where i would. but the box doesn't seem to have had any issues with moisture or anything so i'd imagine the batteries may be ok. but yeah, you know i'm down to talk trades my man! email me...
