This was my Christmas present to myself, just had to have one after seeing positive reviews and how cheap they were. Seems pretty good quality and sturdy, comes with ESC, 22turn motor and is fully ball-raced and semi assembled. I think the looks have it too, a pure sand rail buggy!

One question that bugs me though is this; how cooler would it look with a Scorcher/Grasshopper wheel set on? And could I make them fit, bearing in mind it has 12mm hexes front and rear?

Unsure what to do with it yet but I’m thinking along the lines of a runner and a few custom touches, maybe…

I'm tempted by one of these. I agree they look great, and they would also have modern levels of reliability. Maybe for my birthday. I wonder what Wild One wheels would look like?

I did not know you had one! Great little buggies for the money with lots of mods potential!
I will keep mine just about like it is though! The black version has a oil shock conversion set in the box!
So will do that and add a Orion 2 x 20 turn motor!
Some better suited tyres for sand too! But that will be it! Job done!
I am yet to run it! But sure hope for some great fun times with it!

Nice buy mate! Have you built yours yet?

@MAD-BEE: Didnt know there was a black version, I bought this way back but it still sits on the shelf collecting dust. I have a project in mind but my business needs 100% effort and RC is on the shelf for now apart from my drift track visits (yet to start as am still fine tuning my CS Sakura D3) and my Traxxas Slash outings which are briliant.

Yeah mate Kyosho is making a big splash with the EZ series especially the Sand Master range!
Black , white and purple! They now come with a Orion 12turn limit waterproof ESC and new upgrade oil shock conversion set! But still that plastic pinion!
But the trio of Sand Masters sure look a nice series!
