I don't know about you but this cold weather is making me go stir crazy, being unable to paint any shells. Do I do it in the spare bedroom while the misses is at work or chance the garage being warm enough. Bound to end in Divorce lol. For weeks i've had different designs in my head although after seeing TC members Wyoming's Toyota Monster Racer liveries and the Original decals being flooded on ebay I had to give it a go, but with a twist. After watching a Breakfast show they displayed the old GMTV logo and the penny dropped. The shell is a unpainted re-release version and thanks to Stickerbod for the other decals

Looks very crisp, I love the design, perfect antidote to these cold days! Decals look mint, I'll have to look Stickerbod up in the future!

Looking good Barry, rebuilt the Ranger chassis last night. Just needs a few things, wheels, tires, cage etc. The aqua blasting brought the parts up like new!

Looks great! Just paint the window rubbers and chrome. Painting in the house is brave

Love it mate, very summery indeed. When I read the description I was expecting to see a Lorraine Kelly decal!

Thanks for the comments. I've surprised myself how nice it came out and goes well with the white rims/tyre lettering. After 'Nipplegate' Paul its best not to go down that route lmao. Will have a go at the detailing Felix. Fingers crossed I don't muck it up with the dreaded paint runs. Ducati looking forward to seeing it restored. Thanks again

I wish I was that talented. It has all been done with stick on decals. Painted front nose cone, rear lights & rear boot lid are all stripped from the red/white shell in my trades.

Sunshine, blue sky's and Sand Scorcher isn't that just a perfect day. Great work Barry, looks very clean and a perfect excuse not to paint in this weather.
No dogs chasing the car

nice scheme, make yourself an effort and
paint the details on the body to make it perfekt. The door handels, the window frames and the footboards and it will look perfect. You should give him a clear coat, too, otherwise the body will get yellow with the years

Thanks for the clear coat tip Miga. The Sausage Dogs were with me chasing their ball. Luckily this is just a rolling chassis otherwise they would have been straight on the tyres lol. Thanks again Stickerbod for the decals. Only 3 more shells to go
