Hello guys, I would like to share with you all on how to mount a Holiday Buggy body on a DF03ra chassis with very minimal modifications. This is my take on the idea. Imagine a holiday buggy with 4wd, independant adjustable suspension, ball diffs, reliable and durable drivetrain to meet modern electronics.. For the parts, you need, Tamiya 2 pc wheels for front, 2 pc wide wheels for rear (for deep dish look), 4pcs Tg10 long wheel axles plus wide wheel hexes. 4pcs Jeep wrangler tires, some leftover polycarbonate cut outs, decals, drilling tools and thats it. For the bodyshell, you can get creative, for me , I chose Bruiser/scorcher themed because its blue and the decals are really retro.. Anyways, the pictures will tell by itself. Hope you guys will enjoy trying it.
Thanks for looking Guys!!

I love the way the rear tire fits on the wide rim. What do you think about narrowing the front tire for the same effect? I've seen it done here with SRB tires but I'm not sure if the tread pattern would be as easy on the CR-01 tires. I've never particularly desired the HB... until now, great job! - Jim

Fantastic. Decals are perfect and thanks for the how to. I am sure many will be inspired by this build.

Thanks Guys. @Road Burner; good idea to narrow the front tire. but IMO, it's a 4wd buggy now and the front tire should take a lot of beating and bashing.

Fantastic. It makes Tamiya's 2010 attempts at the HB look even more lame than they did before. Good work!

Superb, every thing looks perfect, the stripes and stance make it look fast standing still!

Looks better than the re-release witch the wide stance. Perfect chassis and modification.
Woudt that chassis fit also for the sand rover body, like to hear thanks.
