Last week I come up with a how-to guide for REAR inners for the Sand Scorcher VW body. As promised, here's the one for the FRONT ones.
I'm in hopes this will help fellow TCers customize their Scorchers and make them look better. As always, you don't need to follow the instructions step by step as shown below, you can take some ideas and improve whatever I come up with here!

Here's the how-to for the rears: http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=118355
You all have a GREAT week! :)

PATTERNS (with measures, etcetera) HERE: http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=118606&sid=23692

1 Final results! A look at the car with the inners on. Another look at the example car.

Hi Erich. Great work and fantastic 'simple' solution, Thet looks great and much more scale.

@Powerbruiser: Thanks Phil! Hopefully, fellow TCers might take some idea from this to make their cars look even better. This also works with the original Sand Scorcher, too!

Nicely done and I am going to have to get my servo directly connected for steering like that and also aren't bike tire tubes great, they have many uses and if you cut strips, you have rubber bands.

That's a great mod, and good use of something that would otherwise be thrown away.

@SteveAdair: I hope you're not talking about the car itself!

I really like like your work on this, perfect solution, you should add the patterns to the showroom if you don't mind then people in the future who find your solution will be able to copy it, you may have a fleet of mongoose1983 equipped sand scorchers real soon!
