This truck has been owned by numerous TC members including Percymon and Dazza1. I bought it off Percymon in restored but standard form save for the Thunder Tiger wheels and tyres. I then set about fitting twin Super Stock RZ motors with steel 18T pinions. It also sports a Ripmax no-limit ESC, high torque servo with matching servo saver and alloy mounts, 2S LiPo, 2.4GHz radio, alloy shock towers & 100mm shocks all around. It really does shift!

1 1 1 1 Twin RZs ready to be fitted 30mm fan fitted to thr Msonik4 RV11 RSC Chassis as it is now with the 100mm shocks & RZs

Nice, and with twin RZ motors I bet it hammers!

I hope so, I did consider the brushless route but I wanted to keep the weight (and cost) down so thought the RZs should work nicely. Will get a video up once it's all running nicely.

do you have a lot of batteries in it?? seems to be sitting low on the suspension!

Nope, only 1 NiMh. I think the ride height is down to the shocks that are installed, they are 55mm ones I think and the top spring mounts are wound down on them. Will be fitting the 100mm shock towers along with Traxxas T Maxx shocks soon anyway so that should sort the ride height out.

If you can find one, the Mtroniks super truck esc are great. Add a couple of ansmann 15 turn motors and its a flying machine for a spend of just £40
