Been a good while since I have completed a project! Feels great! Here is my freshly restored Marui Samurai. Very sexy buggy! I thought it would be a very long term restoration as I needed to find wheels, tires, driver, and chassis. luckily, I came across an eBay seller who happened to have all the parts plus decals for a very reasonable price! TBG provided the new body. Thanks for looking!

Original condition...hot mess!

Super resto.... And a great looking rugged buggy. The before photo really shows what a job you have had of restoration! Banged up rims and all.

I used to love em as a kid. In fact I thought the Samurai was a Tamiya! Anyways that is one nicely restored example, good job. Cheers

Very nicely done . You're right, certain parts for these are very difficult to find at any price - the main frame is a good example

Wow what a turn around, I love this buggy. Must have taken you ages to get all the bits as theyre pretty rare. Your very lucky to get the parts you needed, especially as you mention you got you got them for a good price too. Great work as it looks new and ready to tear the dirt up!

Great job, this is my favourite Marui.
I have seen the rims/tyre sets go for $100, so to get all your parts cheap that's great.
Sorry but your not finished the Samurai until you do the tyre lettering and paint the driver helmet to box art !!
