This is a Schumacher CAT 2000EC, with most hop ups available added to it. Fibrelyte chassis and top deck, alloy front and rear gearbox top and bottom parts and alloy rear wishbone mounts. Includes a proper old school moulded nylon rear wing, something we don't see on 1/10th buggies these days. An unusual part of the CAT2000 design is that the whole belt drive is set at a slight angle, keeps the diffs fairly narrow while allowing more space between the belts on the layshaft. It's different, but it worked fine.
There are a few bits missing such as the belt tensioner and some parts could do with being replaced, but thanks to a closing down sale at my local hobby shop I've got plenty of stock of the parts I would need to restore it. Still got a reasonable original body on it, the air vent holes could do with tidying up but it should save me buying a repro.Low and sleek with laydown shocks Lots of shiny purple bits You can see the angled belt drive here
