Really nice run with the car hugging the ground!
I can imagine the car sucking debris from the ground and launching out from the diffuser!! Ground effecT?!! lol!!
much more stable!! rock solid wing!!
and i am running stock 380 motor, should put in a sport tuned!

Lovely looking bodies these. Have you though about doing what I plan doing to my Mazda 787B RM-01 and get some F104 wheel spinners from the Ferrari F60 kit and attaching them to the front wheels for more accuracy?

Hi Jim, Yes, I am planning to do a cockpit, also i have Rubber tyres for both front and back. Also i found a scale front wheel and just need to do the rear only for the shelf.
for the runner, i will be using these wheel...

I remember when I was 5yrs old when I last saw the grand papa 956RM's with their Black Motor's zig zagging at insane speeds! Now with these modern RM's should be a stormer with better ground effects and suspension design!

The car looks great. Hmm, you wrote rubber tires? I thought sponge tires are the only tires available for RM01 chassis or am I waaay off? Thanks
pininy
@GD, there are 1/12 wheels that can fit the RM01 with a bit of mod, see the last picture, rim with rubber tyre. Also the size of an F103 rear rubber would be a good fit to the rear, just need the right mods
I am also waiting for kyosho's scale rims so i do not need to spend too much time, as it's fun running this little monster!!

Awesome car

Thanks pininy Is that a Tam-Tech Porsche 935 Martini front wheel in the last picture?
Hope you'll share the rear mod with the rest of us. Please
pininy
@GD Yes, good eye! Still in the works, I am still waiting for kyosho's 787b scale rims if not I will make do with tamiya's. But not difficult to mode the rear!!
