Finally built the avante 2011
Avante 2011. Fully built to box art with the included gt avante motor. Very nice model, fabulous but i have to say my mint original i had slightly had the edge for some reason, i could sit and look in wonder at the original but this kit is very very nice and one of the must have rere's. Will probably run it on a sunny day when the grass is cut on the back field. Just got the electrics to fit. My avante black special is near the top of the build que. Happy days for tamiya fans!!

...always preferred the retro desert buggy look of a Grasshopper or Wild One... but I have to admit this is growing on me and I am sure the day will come when I won't be able to resist any longer... Must be a terrific build!
