Thought i'd share this in case anyone is wanting to put an alternative body on an M06 chassis,The HPI 2002 Turbo body fits perfectly and is great quality and really looks the part. All i had to was alter the rear posts a little to achieve a great fit.
Okay, what to say first??? YOU STOLE MY IDEA!!!! Also, since I am so lazy to getting around to building my M chassis stuff, I have to point out that HPI Made two lengths of this body and you need to tell us all which one you put on the chassis, I have here the 225 mm version and I think it is the same as yours. Very nice looking machine you got here.
This car we owned in the end of the 70ies in the normal 2002 version in Germany. The alfa rims fit superb. I remember the steel rims of our little rocket were very similar to those mounted. Keep them, they are ace with this body. Add some shut lines to it.
