Might be worth spending a few hours fabricating those mirrors as this is such a lovely car and deserves it, very nice.

These old Tamiya road cars are fantastic and you have a very nice example, congratulations .
Nice job, looks great. Have a look on the Lancia 037 H parts tree with a little modifying they should sort out your mirror problem.
