PB ACE
The ACE was the last of PB's electric buggies and was a sales and racing flop. It's hard to believe that this was released after the advanced looking Mustang/Maxima range of cars - this design looks at least 10 years older. PB raided the parts bin for its' suspension components, coming from the Mustang and Maxima; however the drive train was all new.
Very few of these models were sold and relatively soon after their release were being offered for sale at heavily discounted prices. Their low volume of sales means that this is easily the hardest PB buggy to find in any condition. Consequently any unique parts (mostly limited to the drive train) are almost impossible to find. I would rate it in the top 5 rarest in my collection.
This particular car looks rough but more importantly is pretty much complete. Since I've had it repro decals have become available - so I can feel a bit of a light restoration frenzy coming on! ;)
A complete set of repro ACE lexan mouldings (shells/undertray/spur gear cover etc) is now available on eBay!
I know this is going to sound a bit odd after I've just been going on about how rare it is but I don't suppose anyone has any ACE parts for sale do they?

nice car, i have in my showroom, regarding the body no chance at all, you can find PB MINI MUSTANG, MAXIMA , but no PB ACE.
