It's no secret that I'm a big RC10 fan. I have most of the RC10 variants in my collection but a very early 'Edinger' example has so far eluded me..... until now :)

This cracking new built example came from my good mate Andy (stickerbod). Basically, this car was partially built by it's first owner thirty years ago and Andy completed the build last year. Other than being new built, the reason this car is so special is that it was an early production model so it has the light gold anodizing on the alloy parts and various other differences over the later models (see the link for a the later 'Cadillac' model).

I'm really pleased to have this one in the collection. Thanks to Andy for letting her go :)

Painting this body is really a pain, especially those blue stripes (painted?) and black frame liner in the cockpit. Very, very original and nice!

Thanks for the comments so far, everyone. Still feel really chuffed to own such an awesome RC10.

Andy, just putting the finishing touches to the 'stickerbod wing'
