Been after one of these for a while after I saw some running at Clumber and finally picked up this new built example yesterday at the clumber meet, wasted no time in lowering it and removing the front bumper which catches on the tyres. I fitted a 15t brushed unit yesterday while I was there so I could run it, but it'll be going brushless sorted. May not be the best looking tamiya but they are a hoot to run.

Lack of the front bumper seems to give it more of a short course truck look. Nice buy

These are the new in thing for sure. I will get one, slam it and make it brushless as well to join in the fun.

It's a great chassis for sure, seeing them running at Clumber prompted me to whip out my Twin Detonator to join in on the action. We should have a WR/WT chassis rumble at the next meet!

That's a great looking Blackfoot, I did wonder why the front bumpers were taken off. This is in much better shape than mine as well! Did you just change the shocks to lower it? And what is the ground clearance like now?

Yes the shocks are just changed to black cva's using the short lower eyes then I moved them out to the outside holes, ground clearance is about like a rising storm or similar
