futaba fx10 rebuild
well what can i say with the sudden rush of sonic's and strikers that have appeared here recently i thought i may as well trow my fx10 into the mix although i'm still waiting on a new top shell from TBG and a little bit of wiring its basically finished fully ball raced with a full crp front end conversion and crp drive shafts ,after market front shocks and oil filled rears should make it a little more stable over the rough stuff and a new 27 turn motor ,i have'nt re done the original wheels yet so crp again up front and tamiya rears .I was torn back in the day between this and the kyosho raider as my first choice car they were priced very close in the american mags but in the end i dont think they ever sold them here in the UK so life began with the raider [happily] should make an interesting match up when this is finished thanks for looking

What an interesting mosh up of this and that. I would love to see what TX you are using, seems ages since I last saw a Tekin Rebel2. I think if I look hard enough, I might have matching CRP rears in the mold pattern of the Fox that would allow you to dye them the same color as your fronts since they are dyeable wheels, more so than the Tamiya plastic. I have some vintage rubber that would be good alternates as well if you want me to dig far enough. If you are set on OEM wheels and tires, then I understand.
Nice looker, will be looking out to see what you do with it when you get the TBG bodyshell

cheer crash i would be really interested in the matching rears if you have them maybe the rubber too even if i go OEM on the wheels i have other projects which can use them i'm going to do the bodyshell OEM with repo decals like you say these are a nice looking buggy as standard dont need to improve the looks just the performance !

cheers mad-bee mate i've been rebuilding this slowly over the last couple of months but after seeing crp stuff popping up on other..ahhmm..buggies, well i felt left out and a bit jealous everyone else had finished except me lol...
