I've been tempted on one of these for years although they have always been too expensive or the seller wouldn't post. I would love a Mammoth but couldn't refuse this after the seller text me out the blue after I had bought some models off him a few years ago. Was even better he moved near me so I could collect. Supposed to be one of the top Juggs in the country on Clod talk with lots of hop ups and tempted to see how it will perform at our next crawler meet running 2 black cans.

Very nice mate, you needed something to fill the whole on your shelves after the Blazer went

Glad you like Grim Reaper I built it! Look in my showroom for build thread. Surprised Chris has sold Grim Reaper he did not have it long I hope he didn't make a big profit on it. LOL! There is a full build thread on clodtalk.com as well and yes Grim Reaper did win truck of the month competition. Cool that you are going to crawl with truck please let me know how you get on. Only regret I had building truck is not doing four wheel steering turning circle is pretty poor!

Thanks for the comments. Going to struggle getting this on the shelf lol. Just had a look in your showroom. Very cool build. Is it a Jugg 1 or 2 as I don't have a clue. Chris has set his heart on a FG 1:5 model hence the sale but wasn't serious money. Works out much cheaper in the long run if I blinged up my Clodbuster. Will take it easy crawling as would be gutted rolling the model damaging the shell

Jugg 2 axle cases have '2000' moulded into them - If that's missing, don't run it too hard.
The gearboox also had some upgrades, check the manual for ID - [Click here]

Its a Juggernaut 1 BUT I upgraded center gearbox/ diffs & axles to FULL Juggernaut 2 specs. Surely Chris must have given you the box as I included all the upgraded parts boxes and instructions etc. Every minute detail of the build is in my showroom eight in total. Be really awesome if you took some photos of GR crawling I would love to see those.

Thanks for the info. He gave me the truck and 2 bags of original parts but not had a good look yet. GR will certainly tower over the rest of the Crawler models I normally meet up with and will defo get some pics. By the looks of it Chris has a few of these. Red TXT looks a beast

Always good to hear a model built by a fellow TCer ending up in the hands of another TCer, it certainly sounds like a good ending to the story and it sounds like it is in good hands.

One thing to add before you take it crawling (which I would LOVE to see!) add some 3mm metal washers on the outside of bolt that holds the upper suspension as the rubber O-rings (which take up play) might pop off when under lots of articulation. Obviously I built GR as a shelfer so never added any washers. Also add some Loctite to the bolt that secures the bottom of the suspension to the Hesse axle mounts otherwise they might work loose when crawling. One suggestion would be to add four wheel steer and mount the servo mounts ABOVE the Hesse axle mounts that way you will have more clearance and be able to use thick steering links instead of spindly 3mm Tamiya links. Two things I never got round to doing. Being honest the Extreme servo mounts aren't that great a design. Thundertech does a much nicer design. Its an expensive time consuming business building these trucks but well worth it!

Thanks again for the comments. I'll only take it steady. Not like the Dingo Clod in my showroom that I drove it like I had stole it trying to climb any incline. Will certainly try and get a video as well if I bribe my foreign student with McDonalds one weekend lol

Amazing looking jugg. Just got my hands on a clod but do love the metal chassis on these. Body looks amazing too. Good purchase!

I started with a Clod but then when you add up all the bling you might as well get a Jugg. Will try and fit a couple of your stunning Willy Head drivers Ibiftkh
