This is the car that i wanted the most but i bought a grasshoper instead. Th condition of the car is not that good, but i think i paid a fair price for it.
The car needs a new chassis (wich i already bought from KEV THE REV, thx for the great contact).

I've cleaned the chassis and gearbox (it had a huge amount of grease in it) and the left front suspension arm is glued in the chassis.
Surprisingly it still function as it should be.
I've already been busy with restoring the body.
The body had a big crack on the right rear, that's been glued and sanded.
For the rest i have been filling the normal scars from rolling over with some tamiya putty. Still a lot sanding, filling and sculping to do but to my surprise i do like working on this kind of ABS body set.

I will try to build the car up with new parts, some alloy wheels and the fully restored body.

Already did some sanding and filling also on this side of the body The crack goes all the way up to the middel. The usual damage to the chassis, front body mount First, i cut out the heavily damaged edge Second, glueing a new part in place A brand new correct chassis, thx to KEV THE REV Some other new tires, screwbags, Fr&Rr coil spring

Nice work. I love these esp the original, which I sadly sold. I have the re-re now. There is a great alloy roll bar available on ebay for the monty with led lightsoto give it the bling factor

Nice work . Styrene bodies are very easy to work on . It should paint up well . The detailing takes some time to do ,but it's well worth it
