1/10 off road modified SRB Super Champ
My very first Tamiya radio control car was a Super Champ buggy. Ironic given that I never actually got into racing buggies or even run them for fun. But I always loved that car and wish I had not thrown it out when I moved out of home. I used to also see a lot of magazine coverage on the awesome Pitstop Taipans in the day (given that I am originally from Australia and lusted over one of these over the top modified buggies. But being s student and on a tight budget, that was never to be the case. Over the last year I have begun hunting down examples of all my childhood dream toys and this is one of them. Sourced from the U.S. This model was a shelf queen with all the right options on it. Was very happy to pick this model up and will never sell it.

That is a cool ride and it needs the rest of that radio gear in it, looks like it could be old Hitech from the looks of that servo plug. I also think you need some new Troll rear tires, or are those You-G??
I am also diggin the Xray body, but think you need to fill the insides up with battery and electrics so we can see what this chassis was really like BITD. I also think just a small simple splash of a single pinstripe or two run down the length of the body would look great to give us that body line definition. Just my opinions, that's all, no offense intended.

Crash thanks very much for the feedback. All great comments and will look into filling the chassis up in due course once I stop buying other irrelevant stuff off evilbay.

Good luck on stopping buying irrelevant stuff on evilbay, I haven't seemed to stop in 10 years time, maybe even longer, there ought to be meetings for us addicts.
