Hi Fellas,
Wow, didn't think I would ever finish this!
I bought the Tundra myself from a TC member almost 7 years ago! Since then it sat on the shelf waiting for completion and my own touches.
The car already came equipped with some very cool updates:
- Bamatech Gear Box Lift kit
- Bamatech Belt drive conversion
- Bamatech leaf spring mod kit (rare!!)
- Fender flares and snorkel
Over time I was gathering more parts for it which I think would make it even better. I wanted to keep it rather plain and simple, not going overboard with scale details. So now, being at home over the holidays, I finally found the time to lay the finishing touches on her. These were:
- painted the bed in TS-82 rubber (I love that stuff!)
- painted upper rear bumper semi gloss black
- painted chrome diff covers flat clear with polished ribs
- Black alloy wheel nuts
- Xtra Speed Aluminum 1.9 Heavy Duty Beadlock Wheels (cheap!)
- RC4WD Superlift Shocks 80mm (springs removed)
- shortened the ugly Dumbo mirrors about 6mm each
I've tried different tires (Mud Thrashers, Rock Crushers) over time, but always came back to mounting the stock tires. For me these look best and are the only ones that can support the enormous weight of that rig. The wheels are also very heavy with their inner steel ring.
All in all I'm very happy with the outcome, although I'm back and forward on adding the front skid plate/bumper. I've mounted it several times, but can't make up my mind. It takes away a bit of the simpleness...
Well, hope you guys like it anyway.

Thanks guys!
The truck already came to me painted in this semi gloss grey. But it was the first thing that appealed to me back then.

Great work! I had an F-350 High Lift I added the Bamatech belt drive/trans lift kit to as well and it was the best mod I could do.
